Terms and privacy

Ohmsyn is made and run by Erik Harry B Høydal Consulting (EHBH) in Oslo. Questions about the terms, privacy or errors on the site go to consult@erikharry.no.

The accounts come from the Norwegian business register, and the contracts and notices from Doffin and TED. They are fetched automatically and may contain errors. Check anything that matters to you against the source.

Nothing on the site is financial, legal or professional advice. If you see an error about your own company, tell us and we will correct it.

You do not need an account, and we do not ask for your name.

• Lookups and searches: nothing about who you are. To stop abuse we count requests per IP address, and the count is deleted after two days.
• Email alerts: your address and which industry or buyer you follow. You confirm the sign-up by email, and every message has a link to unsubscribe.
• The efficiency check: your answers, and which company it concerns if you came from a lookup. If you ask for the result by email, we store the address and send one email. The result page only opens with its link.
• Visitor statistics without cookies.

We do not sell data or share it with anyone other than those who run the service for us: Vercel (the website), Supabase (the database) and Resend (email).

You can ask to see or delete what we hold about you at consult@erikharry.no.

The bid tool Tendr is used under a separate agreement, and that agreement applies. Each company sees only its own texts and projects.

Text, design and code on Ohmsyn belong to EHBH. Figures from public registers can be used under the terms of their sources.

The site is provided as it is. We work to keep it up and correct, but cannot promise that, and content may change or be removed.
